They were just normal, dull, boring streets before,

Ash colour like the ghettos are.

Washed by the rains and dust that came before.

Old people say its God's magic,

How we loose blood,

And paint the town red.

We paint it red

Blood everywhere.

Painted red.

Just like sunshine rise,

It is the norm.

We all should fall for the streets.

With conflict like a good plot.

Guts everywhere,

The fire is lit.

How we cry why.

As they paint the town red

War starts

And its painted red.

Painted red with blood.

Heroic times like it should be like that.

A movie in brought day light.

What happens in the night?

Is it world war,

Or just extermination.

Everything is painted red,

Painted red

Painted red.

Swallowed souls,

Sucked up by the earth.

Blood everywhere.

Like red paint.

All to be washed by the rain.

Why do other die painted red?

Why do they fall on the street
